Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to lead our Real Estate team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. If you have a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for the Real Estate industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and Individual sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Mentor and coach team members to improve sales skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in Real Estate or related industries a(Luxuxry Automobiles, Hotel and Resorts, Aviation)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing a team of 4-7 years of sales professionals
- Knowledge of Real Estate laws and regulations
- Certification in sales leadership or Real Estate
